Sometimes we can get stuck in negative thought loops, especially when it comes to achieving our goals.
Affirmations are positive statements spoken in the present tense usually starting with "I am" to help shift your mindset into possibility thinking.
Here's are some examples:
"I am capable of change"
"I am on an upward trajectory"
"I am in the flow creating with ease"
Some people choose to speak the affirmations out loud to themselves several times a day to let them simmer into their subconscious mind and some choose to say them silently in their head, it's up to you! See video below for more examples:
